Problem:
Increase in injuries during the tire stitching process.
Application:
Hold and apply up to 100 lbs. down pressure to the tire stitcher, while pressing the two ends of a flat piece of rubber to make each ply of a tire. Transfer the tire stitcher horizontally over the ply of rubber approximately 36″.
Solution:
Special double folding Articulated Jib Boom (AJB) with special length arms and two middle joints to flow back out of the tire machining area. AJB mounted on a pedestal to meet mounting and reach. Pneumatic vertical lifter and mounting bracket for the tire stitcher. Safety circuitry and brackets to show when in the home position.
