Laser Table Manipulator

Positech has designed a Laser Table Manipulator to help aid in the handling of steel plate materials in the loading and unloading of a laser cutting process and to separate cut parts from the remnant.

Tire Handler

Tire lifting and positioning is a common problem and Positech has solved the problem with several different lift assist from ATV to tractor wheels and tires.  This lift assist has been designed for picking a 75 lb tire from a stack in the axle vertical position and rotating it downward to an axle horizontal position.

Mobile Tire Handler

The Mobile Tire Handler is a battery operated mobile manipulator that an operator stands on and drives around the work cell.

J-HOOK ROLLER

Positech has designed a J-Hook Roller to transfer rolls of material with an air shaft and place on a winder.

Shroud Manipulator

Positech has designed a manipulator which will engage a shroud weighing up to 250 lbs from the shipping container, raise it a few inches, and then move the shroud to the shroud exchanger.

Large Panel Vacuum

Designed to lift 1500 pound composite panels that range in size from 6 ft x 20 ft to 10 ft x 50 ft, this manipulator allows the operator to quickly and easily stack, unstack, and move large sheets of non-porous material.

Skiving Table Assembly

Positech has designed a Skiving Table to be used during the splicing and skiving process.

Panel Manipulator

This hydraulic manipulator comes with leveling jacks built into the pedestal to prevent shimming and grouting to level the pedestal and middle joint leveling to prevent second arm drift, however drag brakes are standard on the middle joint and end joint.

Ring Cell Manipulator

Positech has designed a Ring Cell Manipulator that rides on a gantry system. The Manipulator has all axis measured so it can pick the ring from stack and then an operator picks a VTL that needs to be loaded and holds a control and follows the vertical lift while it drives to the VTL that has been defined.

Ring Handler

The part is trapped inside of the large rolled ring by adjustable manual clamps. This unique design allows for manual rotation in 2 axes while still supporting the part on on all sides.
