These grippers utilize permanent magnets with pneumatic release or the end effector can be designed to use electro magnets to hold the part. These tools can be used together with a Positech Industrial Manipulator to fit your work cell and part placement needs. These tools can be designed with a safety feature that will prevent a part from being released unless it is fully supported or control handles that can pivot up or down as the tool moves up and down leaving the operators hands at a comfortable height.
